nice!

I'm not really into flourishing, but that was pretty nice. Unlike the other person, I didn't think it was sloppy at all. Sometimes, people just don't want to give another person credit if they're not well-known or if they're below a certain age group. I think it's pretty nice. I think that's a good length for a flourish too! If you do too many flourishes, spectators just get sidetracked and confused. Flourishes are more smile getters than reaction getters. This particular flourish would work well within a routine, which should be a magician's main focus anyways. The effect is always more important than card acrobatics. Blackout would be a good name.

Keep in mind that that's your perspective as a magician, though, not as a flourisher :)

Name... Requiem? Everything rolling around one last time before settling seems appropriate.

I wouldn't judge it based on its originality. I don't care who did the first slam dunk in short shorts, it probably looked wack. I want to tune in and see vince carter dunk over a 7 foot tall croatian dude.

Eugene, you definitely didn't vince carter this one. it was very sloppy and boring and not at all what flourishing is meant to be. it looked like you just learned the move yesterday and was fumbling your way through it. but then my perspective is skewed because I've seen alot of videos better than this one. to a n00b or laymen it's probably okay. -1 point for using like, a third of the deck.

I thought it was nice; It had a lot of Fluid movement and is a nice idea of using single playing cards to expand a flourish.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that you weren't using a full deck. I liked it for the most part though, keep it up.

I found it to be dull and unattractive, it could simply be because that isn't my style. I'm not sure if sloppy is the right word for it but it could use some polishing, but that's no big deal.

Certainly isn't the type of flourish I would perform, but if it's what you enjoy all the better.

Is everyone looking at the same vid?

I think it looks cool, it's what a lot of people including Wilson and Brendan are sorta doing nowadays. Could you a little tightening of the bolts if you know what I'm sayin' though.

I KNOW you only play with cards for 5 min. etc. but if you post a vid, you should expect SOME bashing.
