i just wanted to ask if anyone has the book Self-Working Mental Magic by Karl Fulves and if you would recomend it or not?

i was told the effect of having a spectator draw something and you manage to draw the exact same thing without seeing or touching theyre paper was in there. if it isnt what book can i find that effect in?

so in recap
-is the effect mentioned above in this book?
- even if it isnt would you recomend it?

If Mentalism/Mental magic is a new area for you, I would recommend the book. I bought it many years ago and it's worth the $5 - 7 that it costs. If you already have some books on mentalism (13 Steps, Practical Mental Magic, etc.) I don't think you would find anything new.

To answer your question, it does have a picture duplication in it (Picture ESP pg. 87) but it uses slates (chalkboards) which are a little out of date. I believe you could use a whiteboard but I've never tested this.
