Oh a double turnover download by Elliot Terral. He gives lots of tips etc. and shows that version of the double towards the end. I remember practicing it that night and kind of freaked myself out at how real it looks. I was like wait no way that was two cards. Also the way he teaches the pinky count was $. I know thats kind of basic stuff but up until then I'd had a difficult time with it.
