Street Magic and Illusions

I'm new to this forum, so I thought for a first post I will ask a question.

Is there any magicians out there that do street magic, and do stage magic/illusions in like a talent show or whatever stage performance setting? So, instead of just doing one or the other, they actively do both if the situation is present. Because as of right now I do street Magic but for my talent show next year, I was thinking of using some stage illusions.

So, sorry if a little confusing but it is my first post here.

Welcome to the Forums Brendone.

If you're asking if there are professionals who do both then the answer is yes. Criss Angel is one, as he had a stage show before his street magic series started, and Morgan Strebler is another that I can think of. There are probably tons more, but there are two examples. As for anyone on this forum... it seems Mr. Bayme had a show there for awhile, I'm not sure if he' still active in that given all he does for us here. You can definitely merge the two if that's what you want to do. What are you thinking of doing for your stage performance?

Well, if you want to do some stage illusions than here are a couple things that might interest you

a tip-over box (to do metamorphisis)
D'lites?
card manipulation (not xcm)

just buy books about stage magic and large illusions. Thats probaly what will help you most.
