Hi, this is my first post in the cardistry section, I need some help with the suplex flourish:

I think it looks really cool but I can't do the first packet twist (the big one that is hold with the thumb on the lower short side and the ring+middle finger on the upper short side) Does anyone know where I can learn it with some good camera angles. This is not the first flourish I'm trying to learn, however I'm starting to feel a little frustrated since I can't even perform the flourish in slow motion.
