they have a private forum that you can gain access to if you bought the DVD. You need a pass word and the pass word is what is written across chads knuckles on, i think, page 5 of his journal.
If you have the book that came with it you can get in. and ask all the questions you want. You might even find that your specific problem has already been asked about (very likely).
