The unknown fan ( Please help ! )

Hello T11 community, if i'm here, it's because i need some help !
I saw a video with a fan which amazed me, but i can't find it on the internet !
It's the one where you dribble the deck with the right hand on the index of the left hand ( for the right handed ).
