Asher - There is no time limit, but I suspect that they only made a certain number of the DVDs. They haven't started shipping yet to the people that registered for the conference (I think they were shooting for the middle of February). So you probably have some time, but I wouldn't wait too long.
Trikukabi - I agree with Asher, Josh and Justin -- EMC is great. It has really helped me in terms of how I think about magic. However, Beans did have a point. If you are looking for routines to perform, you are going to be disappointed. There are some amazing routines and some amazing sleights -- a great way to classic force a card and an amazingly convincing subtlety for a French drop that will floor even those people that know about a French drop. However, the majority of the conference addresses other issues rather than teaching effects. So if you are purely looking for material, you will be disappointed.
The only other thing to consider is a subscription to Genii or Magic or another magazine. I get Genii and love it (plus you get on-line access to all of the back issues with a subscription). There you get the best of theory, history and effects.
