It looks like a variation of Chris Kenner's Simple Triumph. If so, there's nothing that original about it.

It looks similar to mine, but my version is completly impromptu and I spread the whole deck face up and down before the trick. Plus I have the selected card inserted face down into a face down deck, I actually have no idea what their card is till the end of the trick.
