What do you call those flourishes...

Hey guys I just wanna know what those flourishes are called where a single (or maybe even more) face up card are spinning on top of a face down deck or packet and what resources teach moves that use those.

Dimitri Arleri uses the technique a lot in his cardistry video Opera. There a re a lot of cool ideas you can get to that, and the buck twins have a spinning table double that i believe is in their twothousandandten lecture notes.

But yeah, the mechanics are pretty simple.
