You can send contact customer service your order ID#, on your reciept, or send them a picture of you holding your copy of Distortion in your left hand and throwing up a peace sign in your right. Hope that helped.
HAHAHA. That is exactily what they told me. Like word for work. But no really, just submit a ticket and ask for an extra gimmick. They need proof that you own the DVD, do just give some some kind of proof, pay $9.99, choose method of shipping, pay the shipping, and wait for it to arrive. Hope that helped. (Same goes for panic. Except the gimmick costs 7.99 instead of 9.99.
