Forgive me for this "noobie" question, but I would like to learn this flourish.

You are holding the deck face down in your hand the the card spins slowly on top of the deck face up.

I like it. I wanna learn. So if anybody knows the name and where I can learn it, it would be appreciated.

I believe that the move is by Frank Garcia, and its in one of his books, I forget which one though, it might be Million Dollar Card Secrets. Can someone check?
