The triumph performed is called "A Triumph Routine" and can be credited to Guy Hollingworth.

The triumph can be learned in Guy's book "Drawing Room Deceptions."

Though, this is a very difficult triumph, quite knacky, so if you want to learn it, be prepared to practice for a LONG time (took me almost 2 years to get it down... and I'm still not happy with it!).
