Shoot Ogawa uses them sometimes

Im pretty sure that they are just made for him and his clique of magicians. I remember at a lecture he was quite reluctant to sell them. FUnny thing was I asked if I could have a play with them and MAN did they suck I guess if they are good enough for Shoot..
