Help with finding a hard-hitting effect...

Guys im stuck.I really want a hard hitting affect.Something that willl blow peoples minds.Something I could show the person that ive showed all of my tricks to and they would still be impressed.Help me please.

learn some marlo. it helps. read a book

you dont need criss angel type magican super coolio illisions to be a good magician. a REAL magician will stun people with a few double lifts and a force... just because you want a new "challenge" doesnt mean you cant work with what you have already. pick up a book. read some marlo, or le paul.. Great places to start!

I highly doubt that back in the day, marlos main effect was a card through window, or levitation... or.. believe, although, he may have been miscredited for moth of those. lol.

Yup, I say this all the time and I couldn't agree more. If you like an effect, you're going to put your all into making it the best thing you do and consequently it'll reflect in your performances.

Take Adjones and BeLieve, you just know he's gonna rock with that and all the practice he's put into it because he loves the effect.

To the original poster (and anyone else who is wanting to find a mind-blowing effect)...

Take everything that everyone has said so far and completely forget about it. Yes some of the tricks they recommended are good, but the bottom line is...

Take what you know and make it mindblowing! Think about it this way...guns don't kill people, people kill people. Same thing with tricks. Tricks don't blow people's minds...people blow people's minds. Don't rely on the tricks to perform for you. That's something you gotta do yourself. With that said...

Those are the tricks that I feel are the easiest things to dress up with performance.
