No Guardians in Exile!

So I finally got Exile in the mail today.(I loved it btw) Anyways, I went through the entire box and found that I didn't receive my free deck of guardians like I was told I was going to get.

Any help with this?

You will only receive a deck if you purchased eXile BEFORE the delay started.

If you DID purchase eXile before the delay started, then it's possible the deck is a separate order.

Yeah I bought it before the delay; not too far away from it though. But I bought it and about 15 hours later or so I get an e-mail saying that those who had purchase it before or today will get a free deck.

yeah i ordered mine before the delay to. then i ordered smoke and mirrors the day they came out. I got them friday october 24 and i didn't get exile yet. hope its worth the wait

Same problem happened to me.
I was supposed to obtain guardians as well but nothing.Exile came yesterday for me.
But just submit a ticket.thats what i did.

Yup, weird situation. Just submit a ticket and they should hook you up.
