Thinking Outside The Box...

Hey!
So recently, there was a thread about Ipod touch and the IPhone and doing magic with it and I thought that people could do magic with all these new ideas that are popping up. So I was wondering have you ever used something different or modified an effect for different results. I know it sounds weird but here's an exmaple that I listed in the thread.

So I was heading out to a party and I knew I would be performing so ahead of time, with my cellphone I took a picture of 2 cards, the 6 of diamonds and 8 of clubs I believe. So after I set the picture as my background. So near the beggining of my routine I forced those two cards via riffle force and hindu force. Afterwards I pretended my friend sent me a message. And everybody was like "What?!? I thought you were doing a trick!" But obviously they were joking. So i just said wait one moment and it was all acting and I told them, hold on hold on my friend just sent me a message. So I pretended to open it, and looked at it puzzled. And I said "Huh this is kinda strange" and I showed them the picture of my background with the cards and it matched thier cards. Everybody totally flipped out...

So that was one jumbled post and I hope you can read it and list your expieriences as well. Thanks!

Get the Fake Call Application for $1 @ the apps store, take a pic of the force card and make the caller the name of the card. (set the background as the pic)... Force the card and when ready press the fake call app and wait for it to make a fake call to yourself...... (yeah that prob didnt make too much sense)

This isn't to do with I-phones or anything but it's a nice little story. My mate and I do a lot of magic together. Well one day, we were doing magic and we got asked the age old 'can you do XXX'. This time it was a card through window. We glanced at each other, neither of us owns a card through window. I turned back and said 'Sure, pick a card.' After it was signed and lost in the deck, I pointed to the window on the other side of the room. There was her card. How? Palmed it off and passed it to my mate whilst she was shuffling the deck .

I've done that trick before, except the card was a screen saver, so when I waited the background would change to the selected card. I then pulled the card out of the screen.
