Hey guys,
I am having a problem with downloading my 1 on 1s. I wish to download them onto another account on my computer however it will not allow me. These are 1 on 1s I have previously purchased.

Have you tried to log-on to your Store account and then click on the Download ID/Code?

Note that our downloads are generally reserved for a single IP address (that is, one computer system) - but shoot me a PM and I'll see what I can do. :)
