Andrew Mayne has a DVD called Body FX or something.
and
Mac King also has a book called Tricks with your Head.
These two are filled with great stuff to perform on the spot. It might not be the most amazing magic ever, but works great when the right situation and presentation comes.

Everything he just said, but there isn't a plethora of things, however, i am workin on a effect thats highly based on shinko's arm effect called Wrist Kill hit me up and i'll throw you a pitch....

Check out EricSurf6 on youtube he has some body tricks like Thumb through ear and broke nose.

David copperfield has an arm twist trick (Search on youtube)

Also look into some levitations. (King rising, balducci, wild, etc)

And theres a DVD out called freaky body illusions with is filled with body tricks.

well there is also Control by wayne houchin. and there is also Stop by daniel garcia.
I think you can also say the human blockhead is a body effect.

I actually prefer this to Joe Russell's effect. I personally believe it hits harder and looks more realistic as someone attempts to twist their arm in the same manner and then proceeds to help the magician dislocate his arm. Ha.

Not so true. I do this regularly everyday for non-magicians, and I've never been caught out on it. Granted, it's obviously not a showstopper, but I wouldn't call it a throwaway effect either. I actually really have a lot of fun with this effect and it's an awesome prelude to the Shinkoh effect mentioned above.
