Does Anyone Else Notice This?

Is it me or does it seem like here recently there have been A LOT of new people on these forums? I mean like more than usual, all at the same time almost?

EDIT: Not that it's a bad thing, I am just curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing?

always happens during the holidays. People join so they can make purchases through the store. People that were guests are now members. Also more people are looking for gifts and discover a magic websit.

From a business point of view, I would have thought that's pretty much the point of SNCs and other promotions.

I'd say it's to get people to be creative and think more, as well as give back to the community for their efforts. But most of the guys that do SNCs ONLY do SNCs - that is, they don't get on this forum at all unless there's an SNC. They're just here for the prize, not the community in general.
