This is probably the longest sentence I've ever seen. :P But seriously, I think his tricks were pretty solid. His routining wasn't the best, but he at least he keeps you interested. I wasn't too big of a fan of his performance style, it seems like he's not being natural and trying a little too...

Normally, I just talk to them. I do the first half at one point, make sure the focus is off of the deck. Then I talk to them a bit more, use some patter or something, and then do the second half.

I didn't mean you being there WITH your friend and you just so happen to perform. I meant that someone you know is going to be at a party or something, and they tell the host about you and how they should hire you.

Not that I really know but my guess would be usually if you're friend is going to be there, they might recommend you or something. That's how I think it would happen. But I've never done one of these gigs, so I'm not too sure.

Oh my gosh, why did you revive this thread. You could've made a different one that showed the video, especially since the video was completely unrelated to the thread topic.

However much you bought it for... plus $30. Just to be a punk and take advantage of the fact that its out of stock everywhere. Or better yet, don't sell it. Keep it. If it stays out of the press for the next few years (or decades), you could probably get a car for it. :) I kid, but seriously...
