    It's nice, but I'd agree you may need to slow down a bit. Also, why were you wearing a vest? I'm all for vests and button-ups, but it looked very formal in a lunch room.     The H4n is a total workhorse for audio. The mics on it are great alone, and in the future if you get a really nice XLR Lav or Shotgun, you can run both at the same time. It's great.
