1-on-1 Training Video Problems - Please Read

I have recently downloaded a training video from the 1 on 1 section of theory11 and when I play it with Quicktime, all I get is a green screen for the whole time. I still get the sound but no pictures, can anyone help please?
I'll post a picture of this when I can.

Be sure that you have the latest, free version of QuickTime Player, which you can update from www.apple.com/quicktime. Alternatively, feel free to check out the free VLC Media Player, and try playing the 1-on-1 with it.

Either of the two above options should resolve the issue -- and if not, simply submit a support ticket directly at http://www.theory11.com/support/, and the support crew will take good care of you.

I got the new Quicktime, but still dont work, Im gonna try VLC hopefully it'll work.

VLC is the best player by far, get it.

Yes, VLC is very good. I use it all the time to play my 1on1 videos, and other T11 videos...
