I send in media videos and they never get in then I read the guidelines and still I don't get in whats going on

Having been someone who has submitted media to Theory11, and had some videos make it into the site I can say the turn around is slow. It takes the T11 team some time to review the video, and decide if it's up to quality. Even if you've done everything right, it can still take a while to post.
My suggestion is to give it some time, and see what happens. If you really feel like you're being ignored, send Raiker a private message. He's always been good about getting back in touch with me about my video questions.

First and foremost, we appreciate your participation and are thankful for the simple act of submitting a video to us for consideration. We realize that doing so involves "putting yourself out there" and that is not to be taken lightly. We get lots of video submissions daily and we are tasked with picking the best of the best to post. If we post too many videos, we are said to be too lenient and get comments like "how did this get posted?!". If we post too few videos, we are said to have impossible standards and too difficult guidelines. Haha - it's a difficult position, but we do our best.
Our goal is to post videos that are unique, possessing creative merit - something that is memorable, fun (or funny), or outside the box. Production quality is not required, but it certainly helps (we have posted more than our share of webcam vids).
