All of T11s decks are one way decks. Someone on another thread mentioned it about Guardians, so I took a few minutes to inspect all of the decks.
Guardians: Look at the gray rectangles in the background along the sides. You can also look at the lines coming out of the inner circle.
Centurions/White Centurions: Look within the spade at the top and bottom.
Propaganda: Look at the circles around the stars on the sides.
