Anyone have tarantula by yigal mesika?

Hi i bought this product like month ago and i have problem with this:

1) all the time the spool get stuck i dont know why and it tear the Invisible thread it happend something like twice

2)I bought also Magicians Magic Wax from dreamlandmagic and the wax not sticks to the Invisible thread
and i dont know what to do because all the time I click on the tarantula its roll of al the thread and the wax come off
and not sticks to the tarantula like it should be the wax not strong

anyone had this before or knows what to do?

the wax isnt a big problem. you need to ball the wax around the thread a couple of times and work it into the wax. you cant just stick the thread to the wax and have it hold, you need to work the thread in.

also make sure everything is pushed in place right and make sure the thread cover doesnt have any snag spots on it where the thread could get caught up on.
