Found it - I'm thinking it's old though - it was posted 2 weeks ago!

Perhaps the phrase in the bottom left will help lead us elsewhere though?

what makes you think its not a scam? i mean... ok he's got some relation to t11 but the pic doesnt have a similar format to the others dc_whatever.jpg.
