Cell Block - Robert Smith

I am resorting to Theory now, since customer service hasn't gotten back to me in several days since my contact with them.

I bought Cell Block from Devil's Advocate a few days ago. And it comes in a zip file. I can not for the life of me, open the file. So I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem if they could help me... or if there is someway to get a refund... Or something. I've never had a problem with the company before... So I can't complain too much. I remember I had some problems with my last purchase.. problem completely unrelated to them, and they were very helpful in getting me set up again. So anyway... Help?

I think Justin Miller said there was some problem during rendering, on the first batch of files that went out.

So if you bought it early, you might have had a problem relating to that.

Are you using MAC or PC?

Could be a corrupt download.

Tried on another machine?
Or tried to clear your cache and download it again?

I've got a Mac. And I've actually downloaded it a few times though. No other machine I can try it on.

I never heard anything about a problem before I bought it though... probably my fault... but in a way, that is comforting to know they suspected something of this sort would happen... I just hope to get this little mess cleared up so that I can actually use the effect at some point.

What we gave DM has nothing to do with the file that was corrupted when Cell Block or SMILE was on pre-release but i will send another file of each to DM just so you know.

if you bought it from WTF No lImits then I could help you..but you bought it from DM and so DM and his crew will have to come along side of you and give you a solution.

Just curious what does it say or not say when you try and open the file?

I actually ordered from DM. I sent them a couple of emails already, and thus far, no response. It doesn't say anything when I try to open it, it just doesn't open. Instead it continues to make copies of the file every time I click on it. Is that the trick?
