Speaking personally, I think the whole idea of money making the decision for him is bullsh*t. His wallet is not a sentient creature with mind control powers (although that would be totally awesome). He was capable of making a decision without turning to his debit card for advice.
A more level-headed response would have been something like, "In hindsight, Touch probably wasn't the best effect I could have put on the DVD. Everyone really liked it so I decided to go ahead with it but as time went on I found myself using it less and less. Still, I'm sure there are a few people out there who can make good use of it."
Danny always came across to me as being very easy-going and someone who wasn't easily ruffled. Now, he comes onto the internet thinking he's Che bloody Guevara, saving us from the lies and evils of capitalism. He makes the issue public, then complains when everyone else responds in kind.
Am I the only one not impressed here?
