Hello everybody! When I first started looking for a cardistry DVD, I had a lot of trouble and couldn't find much. Now, I have three products I want to buy and can't decide between them. I am debating purchasing the Cardistry Con Bundle, Part Two of Dan and Daves Trilogy, or Solo by Micheal James. One request I have is that the instruction is verbal and well done. I would also prefer a DVD or stream. If there are any other good products, please let me know!

I have the cardistry con bundle. The way it's taught is that the flourish maker is teaching it to another artist. While you get a vide variety of flourishes, you're also working against a potential of a wide variety of ways to teach (such as, the tutorial for Rinzler sucks). But for the most part, the tutorials are taught pretty good. I'm not sure about Solo, and I tought Dan and Dave don't do verbal.

Could be wrong

Solo does have verbal tutorial and multiple angles which make it easier to learn the moves.

Thanks for the feedback! Is the cardistry con bundle streaming, so I can watch it on my phone?

Thanks for the help! It sounds like a good buy.

I know that The Trilogy is non-verbal and there are no on-screen pop-ups. I have been considering Solo myself, but I think I am going to go with Throne Alone next.

Solo by Michael James is one of my favorite Cardistry DVDs of all time. The instruction has everything you're looking for, and the moves you get are awesome - there is no filler! Production value is almost like you're watching a movie; it's a real pleasure to watch! I would definitely recommend getting that.

I tried last night on my phone and it didn't work.

After I read your post, I remembered watching the tutorials on my wife's laptop, propped on a box.

I hope you have some sort of PC or laptop....and a box.

I just hate using computers, so yeah. I don't know, just a personally preference.

I will look at Throne Alone. I learn better with verbal teaching, so the trilogy won't be the best for me.

Alrighty! That's good news. What are your other favorite cardiatry DVDs?

Thanks for the help everybody!

I decided to buy Solo by Michael James based on this thread and I have to say I am very thankful that I did.

This project is produced amazingly well. It's broken up into three parts. Performance, Explanation, and a slow motion performance. The Explanation is a verbal explanation and it's quite easy to follow. All ten flourishes are amazing and each flourish caught my eye. I want to learn every one of them.

There is even a bonus section that offers really cool flourishes that would be a great addition to any flourish that you currently perform.

I can't wait to put some time into this project and really learn all that it has to offer.

BUY THIS DVD!
