This may have been posted before,and I doubt anyone will know but here goes.............................
Where can I get a copy of The Lecture Notes of Shigeo Futagawa?
There well hard to find! Someone must have a set somewhere!

i'm not sure if this helps, but i wanted to learn the elevator move really bad and couldn't get a hold of the lecture notes either, but then someone who has posted a video of the elevator trick told me that there's a dvd called "zenneth code" by a guy named zenneth kok, so if you're after the elevator move you might as well get this dvd instead of the original lecture notes by futagawa.
