Exercising can improve...sleights?

There are some exercises which claim to improve your sleights and cardistry. They look legitimate, but heck, all exercises always look legitimate.
But are they of any use?
I would not want to waste my time on them, but if they CAN improve my sleights, I am all for them.
So, what are your opinions?
Ever done this?
Should I do this?
Or is it just a waste of time?

You can improve your finger strengths, which can in turn make some sleights and flourishes that require finger strength easier. But there is no direct correlation between the 2. Just like other forms of exercise.

Running more will build up endurance, which can in turn make you a better soccer player because you can run longer. But it does inherently affect your ability.

So that means I should try them out?
Because, I am not one to shy away from practice. But I hope these exercisess will, like, if I need to stretch my fingers for a sleight more than they normally do, it will be easier for me? Cause I have my fingers exercised?

I think you should just stick to learning the moves with the cards in your hands and with practice you will get better at them.

Well sometimes it will help. Like for example, there are a few moves I had to do where I had to bend my fingers in some weird ways. I didn't do any straight up exercises, but I did stretch out and bend my fingers and exercise them a bit to loosen them up so that I could practice the move and get better at it.
