Failed Downloads

Before you say anything, yes, I've submitted a ticket, but I'm hoping for a faster answer.

I downloaded some 1on1's recently from T11, two being Akira and Commercial by the Bucks. They're supposedly 0.1 MB, but when I save them they're 0 KB and when I try to extract the files, it says "no files to extract".

Unless you think I should wait for support to respond, any other tips are greatly appreciated.

Did you right click and press save as, because that occurs if you did that. Just left click the link and you will be fine.

That tells me that they did not download correctly. No video file tutorial would be 0.1Mb

You should try to re-download from the site and see if the file size is bigger.

Well now the others are acting up.

You can only get to your download area using the same IP adress. i.e - same computer.
