Feed Back on How To Get Gigs and Keep Clients

Greetings all,

Apparently I've not figured out how to make polls yet or there'd be one on this particular thread so I'm going to have to go the old school "get your opinion" route.

It's been about a week, maybe two, since I completed the grouping of essays targeted at marketing stratagies for the newly budding professional. I've written some bonus chapters and expanded on some content in the existing ones with the idea of future publishing endevors.

I wanted to know what your opinion on the work was. Do you think it was useful, professional, knowledgable, well written, etc ? If this was a product on the shelf at your local magic store or offered for download by one of your favorite online magic websites, how much would you be willing to pay for the product vs how much do you think the information is worth?

Your thouhts and opinions are important to me, Like the threads with my essays in them, I'll be keeping a close eye on this one to determine what I do with the work next.

Many thanks,

William Draven

I thought that the expert, obviously learned and refined advice was conveyed in a simple, easy-to-understand way that is necessary for so many who need it.

If you were to sell this as a PDF, or write more and create a book, I would pay around $15-$30 USD for it.

I agree, if you were to continue and compile it into a nice big book or e-book, I would also purchase it. Perhaps some more thoughts on routining, with tips such as what to avoid in certain situations etc.

I definetally don't think that I'm the only one willing to pay money for an extended, fully published version though.

I loved them, they really gave me a lot of useful information, and I can't thank you enough for sharing it. I've bought books for $50 that gave me less information. They are great resources, and I'd definitely put them in the form of a PDF, I'd be the first to get a copy.

I thought they were all excellent articles and tips. If it was all on a PDF I would probably pay up to about $20 for the download.

A good start-up guide is particularly useful. Most of the business guides out there assume you've already gotten through that phase. Definitely publish this.
