what is the difference between first and second eds.

the 11 on the bottom of the pack is darker and looks more like a seven. for the first edition. i believe that is what wayne houchin told me.

i dont think the quality changed, but im going to check now, i don't think the first were one way like the second.

Yeah, I heard the quality of the first editions was just awful. The ones they sell now, though, are a lot better.

Definitely the quality. Any decks that were sent to areas with humid weather would clump almost instantly.

i don't think they are worth anymore then you paid for them.. keep then in a dry place and forget about them., in 30 years you'll find them and we will see what they are worth//

The 1st eds kinda blew, but the guardians prevailed in the 2nd ed.
Definitely better quality.

1st Ed's felt GREAT... until they started to clump a couple of hours later....

If the quality is as bad as they say...there's no point in opening them. Keep them around, maybe some card collectors will come knocking at your door someday.

1st edition guardians like many said were...awful. The quality was very bad and they clumped so much.

They (first) were thin cards which i liked.
