Flourish Controls

Hi.I was wondering if anyone of you knew some flourish controls.Not just false cuts that retain the order of the deck,but real controls that control a selected card on the top of the deck.Those who have watched the effect "Role Play" in Dangerous-Mystique may understand me a little better.
If you know some controls or some videos with this theme please reply,ok?
