The best one I've come across is Barrie Richardson's from Theatre of the Mind. It uses a memorized deck.
That said, I really think this is magician's trick. I've had people--several times--name a card and name the number that corresponded to that card in my memorized deck. I didn't have to do any work at all. Perfect ACAAN. The reaction? Good, but never great. This is the holy grail of card tricks for magicians because there is no perfect solution. Every method will have its give and take. The effect on layman though? It's just OK. Even the times I've had perfect ACAANs, it still was not one of the effects that people talked about later.
I get much stronger reactions doing a variation of Paul Vigil's "Prime Cut." Similar effect, but spectator is more involved, and it's more direct. They name a card, then they immediately dead cut directly to that card. Kills. Real amazement every time. There's some nice subtelties you can add if you're using a memorized deck as well. Also, another similar effect to ACAAN I've really gotten a lot of use out of is Andrew Gerard's "Extraordinary Proof" from the True Astonishments set. One of the best sleightless tricks ever in my opinion.
