"Grayscale" card trick

Hey, This is a card effect that i created and doesn't involve plams of any sort. It is part of my series of card tricks called Midget Magic. Many people dont believe me but it does't use duplicates of the signed card. It is called sleight of hand.

No, it doesn't have to be. I can certainly think of methods in any case, although I didn't bother trying to figure this out. What I will say though is that you need to get a lot more fluid with the effect. It may be very clever, but at the moment, you have a long way to go before you reach proficiency with it. It's often hesitant, fidgeting, and far from clean with a few sleights. At least two sleights flashed pretty obviously. Well done in thinking of this, though.
