I just bought the Harbor Change 1on1 and when i tried to download it all I received was a blank php file, no video.

Looking into this, as we speak. It will be resolved within the next 10 minutes or so. I'll keep you posted!
This has been resolved - if you ordered within the past 30 minutes, check your email now for a new, fresh download link.
Just did so, and I am now getting a "Decompression Failed" error message when I try to download it. This has happened in the past with t11 videos and it was something on your end.

It appears to be working okay for us - so I just sent you a fresh download via email. Give it another shot. If you're still having issues, submit a support ticket and we'll stick with you until all is resolved.
