I wrote one of these almost a year ago. Since then, so many have come up that I've started to hate the concept, but nevertheless...
I'm going to be going on hiatus from this and many other sites for the foreseeable future. I'm experiencing a rather pressing financial crisis at the moment compounded by some trouble at home. This requires my full attention.
Besides that, I'm currently prospecting new clients, developing several new products for my website, and am getting involved in a new program for education in the arts. In other words, I'm coming up on crunch time here and I need to limit my distractions to the occasional movie or round of Rock Band with friends to stave off my descent into (further) madness.
To that effect, I'm cutting myself off from all non-essential online activity for the foreseeable future. I'm looking at two weeks at the absolute minimum, a month to two months more likely. I'll still be checking email, and thus the purpose of my telling you all of this.
