Hole Moving Effects?

Well I'm searching for a good hole moving effect. It can be a hole on card, bill, or even metal. Just a visual, practical, NONANGLE SENSITIVE! effect.

Please help me!

Hollow
Public Transit
Moving violation

Just don't know which one to buy, and if there are better ones :s...

There is another great "Hole" moving effect by Jay Sankey, and I apologise because I can't remember what its called, or where I saw it.

Description:

A Bill is shown with a hole punched in each corner. With a bit of folding and unfolding, the four holes appear all in one corner. I hope you can guess the method, if not PM me.

Perhaps someone else here can name the effect?
