How do we upload an avatar?

In the options it has an option for NOT having one, but I cannot un click it, and I cannot find a spot for uploading one.

Also, the profile pic seems to not be accepting a regular jpg file that I use for my avvy regularly.

The only thing you can upload is a Profile photo. Click on my user name and you will see.

It's also to keep the d/load speed for these pages down, and I'm guessing it's also designed to keep a fairly clean look to the forums.

Yeah, for some reason, as i mentioned, I can't seem to uplaod an image for my profile pic.

Yeah, some of the thread's on D&D's forum can take a while to load, because of all the avatars and Signatures

I hate when forums allow you to upload your own avatars. It makes the pages look unorganized and stupid. Signature banners alos do the same.
