I can't send messages

I think the title describes everything...
When I send a message and then I go to the "sent messages" label I can't find my "sent" message.
Why?

When I send a message and then I go to the "sent messages" label I can't find my "sent" message.
Why?

I believe there is an option that you have to activate to save all of your messages in the sent folder.

It doesn't by default.

Here is how you can activate it:

Go to "Settings" and then go to "General Settings" in the side bar. If you scroll down a bit, you will see the option: "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default". Just click on the circle next to it.
