I dare you, for a few minutes out of your day today. Put down the cards and focus on this post. Then I dare you to think about your life. And then I dare you take the words "I can't" out of your vocabulary and start doing something about your dreams. I double dog dare you. This little exercise has gotten me through the most stressful moments that broke me down while going through my training. I want to share this moment of inspiration with you.
