IBM in San Francisco?

I looked at the IBM site and it said that there's a ring in San Francisco but didn't say any where/when.
P.s. I'm not a member yet I just want to know this so I can convince my parents. (I'm a youngish magician)

It hasn't been active for many years. There is a S.A.M. group that meets in San Francisco.

Most rings will let you come to one or two meetings with out being a member.
