Houdini's Magic Shop located in Caesar's Palace is a great place. There is a nice little display there with some of Houdini's keys, handcuffs, etc. If you are a Houdini fan it is a great thing to see. It probably isn't the best magic shop to go to, but if you want to see the mini museum it is definitely worth a trip. Here are some pictures and such of it.

Also there is a magic shop that is located in Las Vegas. Check it out here.

Also aside from magic, there is some great hiking around Las Vegas if you are interested in that. Red Rock Canyon isn't too far away and it is a cool place to visit and hike.

Hope you have a great time in Vegas! If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask!

I'm glad you found it helpful. Also I know you asked for things to do besides shows, but I would very highly recommend Mac King's afternoon show. It is roughly 20-25 dollars a ticket, which is very cheap in my opinion for his show. He is an incredible performer who gets the audience laughing. I greatly enjoyed his show! Anyway, have a great time!
