I was just wondering if anyone else thinks that moderators or fellow members,

should post a link to a previous thread that pertains to an other thread.

EX.

1st thread
I need help with the french drop. new thread

2nd thread
does anyone have tips for the french drop. old thread

should moderators point out the old thread and close the new thread?
I think it will help organize some of the clutter here on this forum.

so my question is... Do you think this is a good idea, or bad idea?

We could save all that work to the mods if we started using the search engine...wich was created for the exact reason this type of problems arise.

I completely and totally agree with you. I just ran a search on what magic is and on page 280 something there was a thread about the same topic that resurfaced not to long ago in several different threads.

Well there is no need to close a thread, due to the fact we can merge threads. So, if there is a thread that is the same as another, either report it with the link to the other thread or just pm a moderator.

Thanks,
