Looking for a name for this change.

For those that haven't seen it, the movie Shade is about an amazing mechanic and his team. It's pretty awesome. Anyway the opening sequence contains some awesome card techniques, some I have never seen anywhere. That said, does anyone know the name of the Change, Technique, Flourish type move done at the very beginning of this video?

the aces is a bottom deal, in case you didn't get the second part from below. I have seen that first change before, but am searching for the name a swell. I will let you know if I find it

It's Paul Wilson's Fan2C (he was a consultant on the movie). However, Cheng's Change is a nice impromptu version from Paul Harris's True Astonishments set.
