do you mean NLP you ask someone some questions and ask them to lie about one the idea is when they tell the truth their eyes move to a corner of their socket to retreve information and when they lie there eyes don't move to that corner. you can do this also without them actually verbally saying an answer the same thing happens i can't say i've ever used it but i hope this helps

Theres a few versions of this effect. From the NLP mentioned which is raw body language.
Banacheck has a version on his DVD which is very clever! But not my style.
Derren Brown I've seen performing it with the spec hiding a coin in each hand, I'm not sure where thats avalible though, I'd love to know.

There are many, many, many ways to present this as kendonaga alluded to. What sort of presentation are you looking for? You can present it as a lie detector test in which case you could use an actual deck of cards, you could use a mental force for direct mindreading, or have them write it down, or have other different reveals.
I've done that a few times. I don't remember where I learned it though, but it's a pretty sneaky method.
There are tons of ways to do this as mentioned above. Max Maven has a few nice ones, I think the blue book has a cool one...I think it's blue - tis the season to be lying it's called! (it could be red...)

You could probably come up with a few methods to do this yourself if you thought about it. Thing is, this is all presentation. Any way of knowing which of X objects or cards or whatever is essentially this trick. Have a think about it, I'm sure you can come up with something.
