Making an effect

i need help i dont know if its been done before but i have a method of a sleevles change where you have a spectator select a card and you have it face up on the deck and you palm/grab (depends on story) the card and crush it into a poker chip. if asked you can changet it back into the crumpled card or put the poker chip away and find their card face up in the deck ( also hands can be shown clean after trans but not card / chip ) end edit its a diff kind of effect

if its been done please tell me i dont want to do the work to cerate it. also if you think its a good idea plz reply. i would need one person to help me with it if u would be willing to keep the secret because i want to sell it when i perfect it

What might be really cool is if you crumpled the card into a dollar bill, or into a few coins. You could talk about gambling and money and then just deal a good hand for yourself and crumple it into some money.

ya i was going to talk about gambling but for cards to dolars there is a method for it ( actualy its a bit diff paper to money or restoring newspapers) and coins just are a little small for the way i have in mind but I realy like the card to bills very good idea. might need to try it tell you how it is after i fool around some more

Who says if it's been done before, Are you planning on selling it? either way, it doesn't matter the differance. Just do what you do best.

I have an idea on what I would do with the trick. Not sure if I will get around to ever working on it, but its not too difficult a handling.

I think the real problem is that you are planning on marketing an effect before it even has a method...
